Spiral Joints 625

For assemblies of non-standard flanges and clamp type.
The 625 style gaskets were originally designed for clamp type seals in airplanes, but are now widely used where space limitations indicate the need for a thin spiral flange gasket.
The 625 style joints are manufactured with a nominal thickness of 0.0625 “and with a compression of 0.0525” +/- 0.002 “. They are limited to 10 “inside diameter depending on the width of the flange. The standard type 625 gaskets are manufactured in type 304 stainless steel and filled with Canadian asbestos.
