99% PURE FLEXIBLE GRAPHITE LAMINA
The homogeneous 99% pure homogeneous graphite laminate is specially designed for applications in damaged flanges and / or applications where low torque is required and aggressive chemicals are available for sealing. Excellent resistance to high temperatures and chemical agents, such as in steam lines, hot oils and aliphatic hydrocarbons, weak acids and alkalis.
This material is exfoliated with Nitric Acid, which prevents it from emitting any odor, unlike conventional graffiti for which it uses sulfuric acid.
These graphite sheets are joined with a patented adhesive. This adhesive comprises less than 1% of the total weight of the laminate unlike conventional graphites which have a higher percentage of adhesive.
